— Service tracks

Three agency lanes. One point of contact.

Each NYC enforcement agency has its own cure protocol, its own paperwork, its own professional licensure rules. We run dedicated tracks so your case gets a specialist — not a generalist.

01

DOB / BIS cure coordination

We pull the record, retain the licensed professional (plumber, electrician, architect, engineer), file the certificate of correction, and track DOB dismissal until the status flips to RESOLVED.

  • PE / RA sign-off
  • AI1 / AI2 / AEU
  • DOB NOW filings

02

HPD cure + dismissal

From initial inspection repair through AEU2 filing. We cover HPD classes A, B, and C with dedicated cure tracks for heat-season and lead-paint violations.

  • Class A / B / C
  • AEU2 certification
  • Heat-season fast track

03

OATH hearing representation

Licensed hearing reps who appear at OATH on your behalf — in-person or remote. Strong mitigation track record; typical fine reduction 40-70%.

  • ECB mitigation
  • Remote appearance
  • 40-70% reduction

— The process

How a resolution engagement runs.

STEP 01

Intake · same day

We review the violation, confirm the cure path, and send back a fixed fee before any work starts. No guessing, no surprise invoices.

STEP 02

Retain the pro

We book the licensed professional from our partner network, coordinate site access, and confirm conditions on the ground before dispatch.

STEP 03

Cure & file

Work performed, cert-of-correction filed — AEU2, eCertification, ECB cure form, or the appropriate instrument for the agency.

STEP 04

Dismissal confirmation

We monitor daily until the agency closes out the record, then push you the DISMISSED status. You get the paper trail; we archive everything.

— Pricing model

Flat fees. No hourly billing.

Two engagement models. Choose per-violation for a one-off cure, or a monthly retainer for ongoing portfolio volume.

PER-VIOLATION

One violation. One fixed fee.

  • Simple Class A cures

Smoke-detector, CO, minor electrical, basic HPD class A

    $350

  • OATH hearing representation

    Docketed hearing, appearance, mitigation argument

    $950

  • Complex DOB cures

Trade costs (plumber parts, electrical materials) pass through at cost.

— Frequently asked

About resolution engagements.

Who are your partner firms?
A vetted network of licensed expediters, PE/RA firms, master plumbers and electricians, and OATH hearing reps — fourteen firms across the five boroughs, each credentialed for their agency lane. We audit performance quarterly and rotate out anyone who misses deadlines.
What if you can't resolve the violation?
If we can't cure a violation we've quoted, we refund the service fee in full. You only pay for work that actually files. Trade pass-through costs (already-purchased materials, dispatch fees) are not refundable, but those are disclosed up front.
How fast can you turn around a cure?
Simple HPD Class A cures often file within 48 hours of engagement. DOB cures requiring PE/RA sign-off run 5–10 business days on average. OATH hearings follow the docket — we handle prep and appearance; we do not set the calendar.
Who owns the filings and paperwork?
You do. Every certificate of correction, every filed form, every hearing outcome is sent to you on the day it files. We archive a copy on our end for reference, but the record of title belongs to the property owner.
Do you represent at DOB hearings too?
Yes — our hearing rep partners cover OATH/ECB dockets for DOB, HPD, DEP, DOH, and FDNY summonses. Most NYC violation hearings are heard at OATH; we cover the full summons caseload.
How does portfolio pricing work?
Portfolios with 10+ buildings typically move onto the monthly retainer. Pricing scales with monthly volume, and large portfolios (200+ buildings) get custom pricing with a dedicated operations manager.
How does this relate to the monitoring product?
They're designed to work together but neither requires the other. Monitoring catches the violation; Resolution clears it. Monitoring customers get priority intake and a 10% discount on resolution fees, but the service is open to anyone with an open NYC violation.

— Cure window open

Every open violation is a ticking clock.
The sooner we start, the smaller the fine.

Default judgments, doubling penalties, lien escalation — the cost of waiting is rarely linear. Send us the violation today; we'll have a cure path quoted tomorrow.
